Built by partners who kept saying yes to the harder brief
DKSP began in 2015 as a single-partner accounting and tax practice in Ahmedabad — the standard mandate: bookkeeping, returns, audits. What changed the trajectory was what clients kept asking for next. A residential developer needed someone to actually own RERA compliance instead of just filing it. A US-based CPA firm, stretched thin during tax season, needed an offshore team it could trust with client books. A manufacturing client wanted to see cash flow the way its bank did — as a dashboard, not a quarterly PDF.
Rather than referring that work elsewhere, we built practices around it. By 2025, six partners with distinct specialisations — accounting, tax, transaction advisory, RERA, analytics and global delivery — formalised that growth into DKSP & Co. LLP: one multidisciplinary firm instead of six separate relationships. The compliance work that built the firm is still done to the same standard it always was. It's just no longer the only thing we do.
